I just recieved notice that I have an internship that will hair and urine test me. I think I can pass an urine test but I have no clue about the hair test. I only smoke like 3 times a year. The last time I smoked was March 8th and my test is May 1-May 8th? I am 140 lbs, high metab, and I cut cut my hair very frequently and it is almost shaved. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have been looking at shampoos and other things? Do you think I will pass?

You didn't say how much you smoked. One session you should be OK. Test goes back 90 days and there is a cut off limit. You will be very close to the 90 day so you should do fine. If you want to use a shampoo or method it won't hurt. It may make you less nervous because you are doing something.
Just DON'T smoke until yu get your results back.

I only took like 2-3 hits of a pipe and once on a bong. Yea I am pretty close to 90 days but a little nervous.

You should do fine. Just don't smoke until after you get your results back. Of course you are nervous, it means a lot to pass. Just try to relax.

Let your hair grow out to about 1-1/4 inch long on your head. You really don't want them taking the hair from your chest unless you have shaved it within the last couple of weeks. This way, they will take the hair from your head and have only about (+or- a few) 60 days of history.

You will need to tell the collector that it is ok to take the hair from your head because you are on your way to get a buzz cut anyway and don't care if she/he leaves a visible blemish on your hairstyle.

The instructions say that it is preferred to use head hair. If it does not leave a visible blemish or is not too thin, that is the location from which the hair should be collected. You will need to reassure the collector that you really don't care.

This gives you some control over how far back (history) the test can go.

I buzz cut my hair yesterday, I figured that it will grow back in 2 or 3 weeks and it won't be too short and it won't be too long. I am defaintly going to shave everything so they'll have to take it from my head. I bought Paul M 3 two days ago and I have been using it. I hope it will work. I also figure, if I fail I will ask for a retest. And I am defiantly not smoking for a while. Do you think i should get Nexxus too?

You will be close to the 90 days and MAY pass without any treatment. If you want to use Nexxus product get the Deep Clarifying Treatment to go with the PM3. You have to do what YOU think is necessary. Anything you put on your head WON'T hurt your results. It may not HELP either. The main thing is to NOT smoke until after you get the results.

Yea I will be close, I will be around 60 days. I know I will pass the urine test, but my hair will only be about inch or less and I will shave everything else. I wonder if they wouldnt take a hair sample because I wouldn't have enough?

I am also trying another teq that no one has posted that I have seen. Maybe flushing my system and getting as many antioxidants into my bottle by drinking tea, or green tea. We will see. I will defiantly post my results.

You can't flush THC metabolites from your hair by drinking any kind of fluids.
