background: black male 6Ft 190 pounds hair 1 and half inches long dark curly. heavy smoker for 4 years smoke kush daily for last two years up to a quarter ounce a day if not more. i quit smoking less than 30 days before my test. washed daily with nexxus aloe rid the week leading up to the test and the night before i put in a comb thru texturizer(scurl) and followed that up with macujo(apple cider vinegar,clear and clean, tide, nexxus aloe rid, then paul mitchell three) the day of the test i went to the head shop and got a shampoo called omni cleansing shampoo for 40$. used half the bottle of that then added vinegar to the rest and shampooed again and followed that with another macujo with out the clean and clear. test came back negative. for all that say african americans cant pass this is what i used hope it work for you.

Congratulations In my opinion it is hard for any color person or hair. The testing companies claim the test doesn't disriminate against dark skin or dark hair. Thanks for posting your results. It can be passed, but not everytime. For now anyway. Only 30 days clean also. Good job, you apparently studied well for this test.
