I am trying to reform my ways. I am a former multilple toke every dayer for seven years. Since last January I have tried going cold turkey. As homer said the idea of cold turkey isnt as delicious as it seems. Anyway...i haven't smoke since mid january until this past saturday...I was on a wine tour and all my friends were smoking. My buddy loaded me up a small pipe of high grade grass. I took two hits and then took another hit of a joint later on. The J came within an hour of the pipe. I don't want to screw up my hair or urine. I've started exercising and increasing my fluids to flush my body out and break down whatever the THC may have combined with inside my body. Is my hair screwed now too? Can anyone give me any advice?

I don't think so since you should be below the cutoff limit.

I should also state that I do not have a certain day of taking any test because I am still looking over options. What will my future chances look like if I have to take one in like a month or so?

You should be fine, but the longer the better. Just don't smoke anymore till you know you are in the clear of any test.

will i still fail the test even though i took those three hits? Should i do any body grooming in order to reduce my chances? I trim the hair in my pits an average of three times a year just to clean it up a bit. The hair on my head stands at about an inch at the moment and I am considering chopping some off for the warm weather approaching. the rest of the hair on my body is relativly short but all soaked in thc. thanks for the speedy replys! booyah!

No, I don't think you will fail since you should be below the cutoff limit. Don't be overly paranoid and relax.
