Hi,

I know this is a marijuana forum and I don't smoke M.J. But I was desperately searching for some info on Hair tests from other people with experience and your forum is the best site I was able to find. ....So here's my story:

I am currently in a nasty custody battle regarding my two small children. My a$$hole soontobeexhusband decided that he will terrorize me and feed his jealousy by using my children as a tool to get me on my knees.

..Anyway, I had to take a hair follicle test on very short notice, without any preparation. I don't normally use any drugs, except one time, approx. 65 days before the test, I had two lines of cocaine. (I barely even felt the high for about an hour or two.)
Now I am beside myself, totally freaking out. I had the test seven days ago and still haven't gotten the results. My questions now are the following:

a)Is a one time use of cocaine some 60 days ago likely to show a positive result? What is the cut off value? How much cocaine equals the cutoff value?

b) I am caucasian with a rather pale complexion, but with dark brown hair. Is my chance of passing significantly lowered?

c) My boyfriend used to be a crack smoker. Up until march he'd smoke approx. once every six weeks. In march he vowed to change his life around, went into treatment and has been clean ever since. The last time he smoked (quite a large amount) was March 22nd. He's African American and he shaves his head. If he took a hair test now, being clean for about 50 days, do you think he has a chance?

I am praying so hard that the tests come back clean. We are good people and good parents, but I am so scared that these test results will come back dirty and cost me the most prescious thing I have in life.... Please help with some opinions.

You are right. This is a MARIJUANA site.
We are strict about keeping the boundaries of discussion to include marijuana alone; otherwise this site would degenerate into the disorganized pit of poo that too many other topic-specific discussion forums become.
