I used to smoke a gram a day for about 8 months and slowed it down about about 3 weeks ago in which I only smoked twice. The last time I smoked was exactly 1 week ago, a gram split between 5 people. I have a blood test sometime next week and wanted to know if anyone had any advice on how to pass or anything like that. Also I wanted to know how long you need to be clean to pass a blood test. Thanks for the help.

Sticky: Drug Detection Times

Blood tests only remain positive for 3-4 days after smoking. Check out some of the material we have on this wonderful site, and welcome.

Are you sure because I've heard the blood tests are more accurate then the urine tests. Ive also heard that if you smoked 2 weeks or more(max was 11 weeks) prior to a test you will still test postive. These weren't the most reliable websites which is why I am asking.

You have just found the most reliable website there is. Yes, we are sure about the detection times. If in doubt, go to any laboratory website and it will say the same thing.

See the test results thread. My husband has taken 6 tests in the last 8-9 months. The only one he failed was when he waited just under 3 days. He passed all the others by not smoking for 4-5 days before the test.
