Have a test coming up with a very large international company. Wanted to know which test I should expect. I haven't smoked in about a month and even then without any regularity or content. Does that make any sense? I have shaved my head and am considering shaving everything if that will make a difference. If they dont have any hair to cut, what would they do...pull out the tweezers?

Some consider "NO HAIR" an automatic fail. If you haven't smoked much - pick a method and use it until the test. As far as what's common - it's hard to say. Many different companies do hair tests nowdays, but I think blood, saliva nad piss tests are still more common.
