saliva test questions

i've heard about grillmeats infamous plan to help me pass a saliva test but i can't find it anywhere on the forums, maybe i'm just blind but a link or any help would be appreciated.

Hey Everybody:

chronic chronic user here, last use less than 24 hours ago. equiv of 1 blunt+ daily or near so. found out this evening I must take saliva test Thursday 6.15, 1030AM for pre-employment screening... I am a small person(stature), average size weight-wise (ie avg fat cells for my size), mid twenties. however, i have not been as active as usual for the past three and a half months, due to broken foot.
I plan on lots o brushing, listerine, NO consumption, plenty of fluids until Thursday, B vitamin consumption, and using the altoids. Should I be ok? Also, what is the general feelings on hydrogen peroxide rinsing (I read somewhere this helps)-- does it help? I am also thinking about a lot of physical activity as much as possible, like running/jogging... will this help :theoretically, since I will be burning fat cells and increasing metabolism, the amount of metabolites will be reduced? And will the B Vitamin complex help as well (it also contains niacin).
