I submitted a PDT-90 home test to psychmedics one week ago, the recorded message is still saying "we have no received the sample".

Looks like it either got lost in the mail or psychmedics is screwing up somehow.

Anyone have any ideas what is going on?

Did you mail it or was in a parcel delivery service with a tracking number? I guess if it was you would track it but I always thought they gave you an empty parcel package in that home kit. So I am curious as to how it was sent back to them.

Call them and talk to a customer service rep.
