Hello everybody,

This is my first post and first time on the forums. I'm simply amazed at all the information and topics discussed here....and more importantly all the people willing to provide help through their own experiences.

Anyway, I am about to land a job in a week and a half that does pre-employment drug and alcohol testing. I have no idea what kind of test (hair, urine, blood) it is going to be...but I am fairly worried at this point. I have been a regular (5-6x/week) bubbler for the past few months. Today is Day 1 of my detox which will include a great deal of water, exercise, and green tea. Forgive me for my novice question...but there is so much info on this site I'm having a difficult sorting it out. Given my situation...is it possible for me to pass this test? Or is it basically a lost cause at this point?

Also, I made the mistake of ordering the $120 detox from passyourdrugtest.com. I knew that was too good to be true. Any info at all on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you ALL for your contributions to this site...The Search feature returns pages of info which I am currently scrolling through.

If you get a hair test, with only a week clean, your chances of passing aren't very good. It is possible though, anything is possible. Read the MacCujo method thread and the Results thread pick a method and hope for the best. For the blood and saliva test, if you abstain for a week you won't have any problem passing them. I see when I logged on you also posted in the urine testing forum. You can learn what to do for a urine test on that forum. If you know someone that works at the place you applied, ask them what kind of drug test they give. It will save you alot of useless prep for a test you might not take. As it stands now, with a week clean, you would only have to worry about a urine and hair test. Hopefully for your sake it will not be a hair test.

too bad about the 120 bucks o well i did the same my first time the detox is still on my shelf. i was scared they might test for something in it and i would be caught. your best bet is to try to find out what kind of test. most are unsupervised pee tests although i could not say for sure what yours is. easiest way is to sub. if done correctly it is 100% guaranteed. but if you are watched you are screwed. read the sub thread and more important, practice

Ok well you know about the search feature and the uselessness of the passyourtest crap. You posted twice so I am answering the first post. I know you want to cover both drug forums but kind of a waste. Blood, saliva, and hair can (not always) be beaten with only a few days of clean time. Urine can always be beaten with sub but dilution may not work with heavy usage and only a few days clean. Find the member Hawg and in his signature he has a link to a site that lists the know drug tests of many large companies. I think it is Hawg, someone correct me if I am wrong. If you don't use for the next week and a half before the test then blood and saliva should be no problem. If you think it may involve a hair test, go out and get vinegar and clean and clear and Tide and do a nightly Macujoy treatment to your hair. To beat the urine test read the dilution and substitution threads. If you are unsure if you will be watched then do both. Like 1toke said though most employment screens are not observed. Home testing kits will be helpful for you to see if dilution would be possible but subbing is easier than you think.

Thank you all very much for all of your help. I never really considered substituion for urine just because of the 90-100 degree temperature thing. I will definitely look into that. Thank you!!

so wait, if you have only smoked weed ONCE in your ENTIRE life, and you have a drug test coming up after only a few weeks since you smoked, you will pass with no treatment????????

oh, and i've been scrubbing my hair with a detox shampoo 3 times a day every other day. should i be okay?

That is correct. You should be able to pass without any treatment.
