there is a hair test coming up next friday (8/25) and I am freaking out. pretty heavy smoker, 5'7 140 lbs caucasian male. I have not smoked in 9 days so far and i think i got tricked into that afterburner stuff. I bought the whole cleanout your system method and have been on their diet. I am worried about the shampoo after reading a very negative post about it. I have gotten through page 36 of this board and will keep reading. I started the maccujo method today and plan on doing it every day until my test. If anyone has any advice please help me! I am really worried about this because it is a great job. thanks!

Use the MacCujo method, hope for the best and keep your post in one thread, it will make it easier to track what you have said and the answers you have received.
