I took a hair test on Tuesday at 200pm. I was wondering how long should I wait before I know I am in the clear. I have a job now, but I want to know when I can tell them I am on my way out. I have been clean for 43 days and I used a lye relaxer on my hair the day of the test and I have had a little bit of a hair cut. Please help...I am on pins and needles!

I would wait until you get confirmation that you have the job. Then tell them you will have to give notice to your present employer. If you were a heavier or long time smoker I would definitely not burn any bridges. Good luck.

They already gave me all my paper work before the test....so all I am waiting on is the test....its been about six days still no word.

I am going to give it until Tuesday...Wenesday...Tops then after that I think I'll be ok....I will definately let everyone know how this turns out.
