Ok, I had quit smoking in feb of 06, but, in the last month I have smoked 3 times. About 3-4 hits of mids each time I need some help, I don't have time to go through 1000+ posts to find the best method, and the ones I have read I don't really know what they're talking about. It seems some new methods have been devised since the original post and I don't know what they are, if anyone could help that would be great. My test is next week, not sure the exact date but, the sooner I can get to work on cleaning, the better. Thanks in advance.

You MAY be ok without any treatment. I don't understand what you are talking about when you say you don't understand what they are talking about. It is pretty plain and simple. If you think new methods have "been devised" then start with the last post and go backwards with the "Results" threads and read MacCujos post in the "How to pass a hair test........." thread. You have a week to read and pick your method that you want to use. If you say you "don't have time" how can you expect someone else to take the time. Like I said you have a week. That is plenty of time. Good luck.

Is it a hair test? If so, do MacCujo's method. Try bleaching your hair and dying it back, use PM3 shampoo or the Aloe rid treatment if you can find it (online at some stores only). You could also use something like Zydot shampoo the day off your test. Dont cut your hair.
