Default Hair Tests Should Be Illegal

It is well known that Asian and African American(moreso) hair is more likely to fail/cause a false positive than other race people's hair.

Hair tests are racially biased. How is that not against equal opportunity laws? How is anything racially biased acceptable in modern days? There's so much out there to prevent racism, and a race biased drug test is legal?

This just doesn't seem right. This is coming from a white guy that has never even taken a hair test.

I don't know about the false positive part, but it is reportedly harder for Asians and AA's to pass if they smoke dope. According to the results thread it is a fact, BUT it is possible for AA's to pass with treatment. Don't bother to tell me about the Boston cops that are black and failed and supposedly didn't do any drugs. I have read it and it has been posted on this site several times.

Drug testing companies and the body of gov't. that regulates drug testing say it isn't racial. The only proof that I have seen is the test is bias if they smoke dope. It is harder but not impossible for them to pass. If they don't smoke they will pass like anyone else that doesn't smoke.

This is coming from a white guy that has taken a hair test and witnessed and also has helped AA's pass.

If you want one for the Cheba Hut, submit the question how an employer can be equal oppurtunity and affirmative action at the same time. It would be off topic here so don't debate it here. I won't respond to it. Actually maybe this thread is off topic. I guess time will tell.
