Hey,

Any help would be greatly appreciated - the Clean and Clear Skin Toning and Deep Cleanser for pimples and acne is not longer available in any store nor online...any other Clean and Clear product that would work?

I bought the Clean and Clear Advantage Acne Cleanser that "Treats and helps prevent breakouts as you wash" but it isn't in a bottle and I am concerned that I have the wrong thing.

I have not smoked in 67 days and have been doing many things including...

Washing with Neutrogena and Aloe Rid shampoos 2x a day,
Taking Knox for Nails 2-3 times a day (really makes your hair grow!)
Taking calcium, vitamin C and vitamin E daily -

When I smoked it was twice daily for years....

What do all think? I have about 1 - 1 1/4 new hair growth...

Anyway, for any of you that have tried the big "M" method (vinegar, clean n clear n tide) what clean and clear shampoo did you use?

The name changed to Clean and Clear Deep Cleaning Astringent. It is pink and look for it to have 2% salicylic acid.

Interesting how you are taking the Knox formula to try to get some clean hair length more quickly. Not bad idea if it works (is it really growing faster or just seem that way?). I guess that is why you are taking the other vitamins too?

Nexxus Aloe Rid Treatment is what you need not the shampoo. If you can't find it look for Paul Mitchell Cleanse 3 or Malibu 2000. If you are using the Neutrogena Anti-Residue shampoo it seems to be a good one on paper because it removes buildup but real world results seem a little unproven. Some have used it on here but it is hard to tell if it is working because it is usually used with other methods. If you use it with the PM3, the Aloe Rid Treatment or Malibu then it couldn't hurt.

Ya, been doing the Knox for Nails, they used to sell these Knox Gelatin pills and I looked for those but they are unavailable so I decided to go with the powder. Although I am sick as hell of it - it tastes like one of those orange frozen ice cream bars - since I drink it early in the morning and 2-3 times more a day. There are no directions on the box of when to take it but I called the 1-800 Knox number on the box and they were very specific. 1/2 hour before you eat or 2 hours after.

I have grown some serious hair. I have read tons on hair growth at this point and from what I have read generally a person just grows 1/4 inch of hair a month. I quit smoking on July 12 and started the Knox the first part of August (just 5 weeks ago)...I have grown over an inch (closer to an inch and a quarter) of hair so far (in approximately 66 days). My hair test is around the corner, I will be at 70-72 days and with my hair growth I am feeling ok although I am going to do the MacCujo starting tommorrow.

Also, this sounds crazy but I heard from this friend of mine's mom that the Mane and Tail shampoo and conditioner help hair growth. Seriously, with all the hair growth stuff that I have been doing I can't point out what has helped but the Mane and Tale really has helped as well. My shower looks like a freakin shampoo/conditioner shop. I also have been using the Neutrogena T-Gel shampoo as well because I read something about black tar...After all of this I am going back to one hair washing a day - can't wait!

Anyway, I assume the vitamins have helped as well. But, the Knox has helped for sure.

Actually, head hair grows around 1/2 inch (.53 inches to be exact) on average per month and not 1/4. But you say it has grown closer to 1 and 1/4 inch in 2 months so it might be helping a little.


You also said you were using T-Gel shampoo. I have seen on one detox shampoo website recommend this but if it were me and I was using Macujoy I would not want to put tar on my hair. It seems like it could block the macujoy chemicals from penetrating the hair. Have you started the macujoy method?

I measured my hair, more hair than i noted before but I did the maCujo tonight, geez, disgusting....

Hmmm, black tar might stop the benefits of MaCujo....I'll stop that but I must say that the vingar does make your hair clean and like straw.

My hair grows really slow and the Knox, in my opion, really helped.

Let me know what you think, I will be at 72 days when I take my test. I am going to do the MaCujo four more times, think I'll be ok?
