I run daily but I am expecting a random hair drug test soon and I wonder if my running gets the thc burned out of my fat and throiught my bloodstream again, any advice?

Exercise will help your body eliminate THC metabolites from your body faster. Of course as these metabolites leave the fat tissue, they will end up in the bloodstream, then end up in the urine. It seems like there is a point where THC metabolites can still be detected in the urine but are not still deposited in the hair, or at least the amount deposited is not enough to be detected. I don't think the running will negatively affect your hair test.

So its been 7 days since Ive smoked and I have a blood test here sometime next week. I have been running everyday since I smoked, so is this doing more negative than positive to pass a bloodtest?

Adidas, didn't someone already tell you that the detection time for blood is 72 hours? This question is borderline ridiculous. How does that make any sense that exercising is going to extend your detection time by over twice the detection period?

Edit: I also think your lawyer is wasting time and effort on a blood test 30+ days after your DUI arrest. All the prosecutor has to do is bring up how the detection time for a blood test is 3 days and that the test taken this long after the fact proves nothing about the night you were arrested.

Running right before a test releases the thc back into the blood stream. It effects UA tests too. That is why we recomend eating fatty foods before the test. The fat holds the THC.

You got your DUI thrown out on a Sunday? What court heard your case on a Sunday? I know that some places have court on the weekends but that is usually to set a bond and such. You are going to tell me your lawyer, the prosecutor, and the judge and potential jurors just got done with court on a Sunday morning after church? Come on, you got to get up earlier than that to fool me. You really don't anything to laugh at because it is you who is the one in trouble with the law not me and I am pretty sure your parents threw a big monkey wrench in your smoking. Maybe it is time to break free from them and get your own place so that you don't have to drive around baked and get into trouble.

Edit: I do wish you luck in your case but it seems like you need a little wake up call. You pulled out in front of a cop after you had been smoking all night long in your car and you blamed him for your troubles. Then you paniced and plead guilty at your very first court appearance a few hours after being arrested before even talking to a lawyer. I know getting arrested sucks more than anything else and you should learn from this that out on the road in your car, the rules of the games are a lot different than when you are in your house. You can fail to accept responsiblity for your actions and cry about how he was unjust to arrest you and make mistakes that get you in trouble or make changes so that you can enjoy your life while staying out of silver bracelets.

Im not in the average legal system situation. This happened outside of the courtroom with a phone call from my attorney to the judge and prosecuting attorney. He provided the test results and got it thrown out. It was more of a friend decision than a judicial decision. If I hadnt passed it, it was discussed that I wouldnt get it thrown out no matter how well we knew him. Now they are pushing my court back as far as 3 to 4 months and having me piss every two weeks. This too was discussed with the judge, and I believe I will NOT have to appear in court afterall. But thats still another 4 months, so no smoking for a real long time. 2007 here I come

Dude, I know Ive posted it, I live by myself and have for almost a year now. I still enjoy cruising a lot more than just chillin in my living room, always have, always will. But now, I have put a stop to it, and realize that driving under the influence includes any mind altering substance no matter how innocent the substance.

Since I didnt have an attorney in my phonebook on my phone, I was NOT allowed to contact an attorney to help me make my decisions. I was NOT allowed to talk with my dad before the hearing either. The night before when I didnt get to make my phone call, I wasnt discussing my gameplan for court, I was trying to get a grip on reality and reason with my dad in the 1 minute they allowed.

I didnt blame him, I knew I made the mistake, but the guy wasnt at all being fair. He did not treat my friend like he did me, and he has no right to talk shit about me to him. That isnt showing a professional mentality, thats him just being an asshole. But as far as me fessing up to what I did wrong, I realize that and have made it clear that I realize that. I think it happened for a reason that only God knows, and AM FOR SURE it put me on a better path.

Well if your court date has been pushed back to 3-4 months then it probably hasn't been thrown out yet. Would it be more accurate to say there is a deal in play that would allow you to avoid trial? Anyway, what I found odd was that the judge let you plea guilty so quickly. Were you in street clothes or a jumpsuit in your first court appearance? Most judges will read off the rights to everyone right when court starts and explains things like your right to get a lawyer, those who can't afford one need to fill out this form, if you plead guilty or innocent today what will happen, etc. Did the judge do that?

It hasnt officially been pushed back, we are working on it getting pushed back. As of right now, its still October 16th, but chances are it will get moved back until Ive pissed a few gallons hahaha As for my DUI being thrown out, it is for sure, words directly from the judge himself. I dont know what they have to do to make it "official", wether it be paperwork or whatever.

I was in street clothes, straight out of the holding cell after 12 hours, chained up to a bunch of inmates in jumpsuits. They started off court by reading off my rights exactly as you said, but I apparently didnt follow them well enough. I was afraid that if I plead innocent, and was later found guilty, that my punishment was multiplied. It was a dumb mistake, but I was such a virgin to the legal system, there were 1000 things going through my head, none of which were level headed thinking.
