Perm Question

I got a box of perming solution along with the neutralizer and I smoked about 8 days ago before that i havent since mid june. I have random drug tests and i am expecting one soon and I want to know how long should i wait to apply the perming solution since i want to wait until the thc in my hair is above the scalp. Also what would be a good shampoo to rinse with after the perm?

How much did you smoke in June and the month before that because the test should only go back 3 months? Depending on this your last smoke session 8 days ago might not matter but I wouldn't take the chance either. In theory, the THC metabolites should be out past the scalp and exposed about 7-10 days after you smoke. you smoked. Maybe wait till day 11 or 12 or 14 to be 100% sure since it has already been 8 days.

what shampoo would be good to use following the perm process? I have aloe rid deep clarifying shampoo. Would that be sufficient?

A good shampoo to use after the perm for THC cleansing would be Paul Mitchell Cleanse 3 or Malibu 2000 or Nexxus Aloe Rid Treatment. If you are looking for a good shampoo to neutralize the perm I think the chics at Sally's Beauty Supply might know!

You should be fine if you don't smoke anymore. Once since the middle of June won't put you over the cut off limit. Good luck.
