Default Regluar Blood Test Question

Can an average bloodtest (such as one to get the average of blood cells, or any other regular kind of blood test that everyone gets) display any sign of marijuana use if you have smoked with in the last week or month....or do they do a different/more specific test to look for marijuana?

A regular blood test to check for white count, anemia, iron levels, triglycerides, cholestrol (usually referred to as a CBC and Cholestrol check -- what most docotrs take a test for) will NOT test for marijuana

Hope that helps.
