It would show up if they tested for it. You have to sign a consent form for a drug test. If you are worried just stop smoking for a couple days. Click on the link for Drug Detection Times in my signature.

Might need to quit for more than a couple days if you're really worried about it...

Just don't consent to disclose the results to anyone else, and who cares what shows up.
