hi, my parents are thinking about giving me a drug test, either blood or urine, im not sure, and im 5'8 about 140 pounds, and the last time i smoked was about 4 days ago. and i was wondering if working out alot, or sweating alot(like staying in a sauna) would help cleanse my body of marijuana

Over the long haul, fat burning exercise speeds the elimination of THC metabolites from your body. In the short run it puts more of them into your bloodstream and from there to your urine. You want to goof off and pig out for a few days before the test so you're storing fat, not burning it.

A blood test has a detection window of less than 4 days, so that would be cool. A UA is more of a problem. It all depends on the load of THC metabolites you've got in your system.

You can get home THC tests at just about any drugstore. Test yourself. If you fail you'll need to think about dilution or substitution. There's a sticky thread at the top of this forum that has links to all of the relevant information.
