Who does hair testing?

I was a once-a-day smoker for at least the last 5 years up until last week. I've recently applied for a job that does some form of testing. In the past, my only experiences with testing has been through urinalysis. I will most definitely be clean in time for a urine screen, which leads me to my question :

Who / what kind of companies do hair sample testing? Is there any way to find out what kind of testing the company in question does?

This has me concerned due to the fact that a company vehicle will be involved. Nothing more than this has lead me to believe they may hair sample. I'm merely trying to cover all bases. Any feedback is much appreciated.

Google for "companies that drug test". Not all companies are listed but it might help.
Just because you will drive a vehicle doen't mean you will have a hair test. DOT uses piss test.
