LIONS ignite

The last time i smoked was Wed. at around 2 am. But i smoked everyday before that, since the previous Friday.. Before that friday i haent had anything in a month. Wed. day at around 330pm i went to a urine test, and i added some water and a little clorox.. the testing clinic detected the water, and now they want me to do a retest on a blood test. Last time i did a blood test was a coupe months ago, and i smoked the day previous, and the test came up negative. This time i have until tomorrow to get the blood test, so its about 60 hours after my last time smoking.. so theres still that slight 12 hour chance.. is there anything i can do to help? ive been drinkin aot of water and shit.. plus i juts got prescribed like 800mg of motrin.. so i know that fucks with your blood.. i dont know. Help would be greatly appreciated
