Hey guys, 1st time poster, long time reader...

I have a job in which I must take a hair follicle test in about 70 days from now. I have been 9 days clean thus far, which means 79 days clean when I take the test. I bought some Head and Shoulders shampoo which was recommended by NORML and I have begun vigorously working out. Before stopping, I was a very heavy smoker up until around 100 days before the test, and then smoked occasionaly up until 9 days ago, 79 days before the test. If I continue working out for the next 2 weeks hard core, continue w/ the shampoo, what do you guys believe w/ your experience my chances are of passing? I am a guy and plan on basically cutting all of my hair down to nothing, and the hair on my head down to about 1 inch making it go back 2 months from the date of the test (60 days). What do you think I should do and also what do you think my chances are of passing? Thanks a lot and have a good day.

PS - Sorry if I offend anyone by re-iterratingg all of the mathematical calculations and maybe repeating myself, I am just trying to be clear to most, even though I might not have been that clear at all.

Working out won't help you pass a hair test. Head and Shoulders may help your dandruff, but not sure about passing a hair test.
Be careful on cutting your hair to short. Keep it around an inch and a half. Do the MacCujo method the night before and the day of the test and you should be fine. Also get some Zydot and use that too if you want to.
