I have to take both a hair & urine test for a job that I REALLY want but thought was a lost cause. Anyway I just received a letter from them saying have to get tested in about a month before the employment offer.

Any advice?

lots of water and the maccujo thing?

cranberry juice and hair dye?

I have smoked about a quarter for a while now so I am not even sure how long to expect it to say in my system.

Water will do nothing for you, read the link in my signature. You should have split this into one question for the urine testing forum and one for the hair testing forum because it may be a little confusing now. You talk about the quarter staying in your system well are you talking about hair or urine and you didn't give time frames or your height and weight which will help answer urine questions. At least you didn't double post.

If you have a month to prep for both tests, quit now. For urine there are about 2 things you can do to help increase your body's ability to clear THC. For hair, if you do Maccujo for a month you may be left with a burnt scalp. However, there are about 3 daily hair shampoos that are recommened to use along with Mac. I would start by using one of those 3 for the first 2 weeks then adding Mac the last 10-14 days before the test and if you are a heavy smoker over the last 90 days then add a secondary treatment method. What are these shampoos and treatments and two ways to help clear THC from the body faster for the urine test? Why, use the search feature and yee shall find!

I am a large girl 5'7" 200lbs so I know it will take some time. I smoke every day and its about an oz a month for 20 years plus or minus. I personally have never had to take a drug test before and have no idea about the whole process.

For questons about your piss test go to the Urine Testing forum. There is a link at the top of the page.
For your hair test read the MacCujo sticky up toward the top of this page and the results thread is good too.
You will definitely need to treat your hair and stop smoking now as Boobs said. Even with treatment you may not pass the hair test.
