I just took a hair test yesterday. I haven't smoked since the beginning of February and when I did it wasn't very much. And there were a few times before that, but nothing big. I have very thin, light hair. Do you think i'll pass? also, they took all of the sample from my neck. the 'baby hairs' if you will. I don't know if that will matter. any advice will help. thanks.

How many times did you smoke in last 90 days before the test?

How long was the sample of hair the collector took?

Without more information it's impossible to even guess if you passed.

i only smoked very few times before the 90 days and it was just a few hits every time. Less than once a month. i'm not a chronic smoker or anything, just once every so often. the sample was probably 2 inches long.

I must be friggin' braindead tonight because I don't get what you are saying. Maybe I do, so I will try this.
It sounds like you were clean for 90 days. If that is true, you should pass. You said in your first post that you smoked in February so I am confused.
Try this.......
Go back 3 months from your test date. How many times did you smoke in that period of time? Not how much, but how many times?

You haven't smoked enough either before or after the 90 days before your hair test to test positive. Besides, the test is done. There is nothing you can do about it now anyway.

thanks for your help.
i was clean completely for 75 days exactly when i took my test. i only smoked a small amount before. it was the 9th of feb. 75 days. it was only a small amount that weekend too. then before that was only every so often. nothing serious. i'm supposed to be getting a summer job for the company my step dad works for. i just really don't want to screw it up. i know its too late to do anything, but even if you guys think it sounds like i would pass would make me feel better. ill let you know the results in a few days. thanks again.
