PDT90 vs real thing

I just sent my pdt90 out the other day, waiting on the results still. But i was wondering what the difference between the pdt90 and the "real" test is. If i pass the pdt90 should i have any worry of passing the real test given they take from my head?

If you take the sample correctly and pass the PDT-90 you should pass the "real test". Only one person that I can recall passed the home hair test and failed the "real test".
