I have been reading these threads for hours and thanks to everyone who posts on here, it is all really helpful! Here is my situation:

I have to take a 6405N SAP 5-50 GC/MS and a 1987ON HAIR-5 drug test from Quest on Tuesday. Why do I have to do both? What happens if I pass the urine but now the hair test?

The one time I smoked ever was 60 days ago (a few bong hits) and since then I have only been in a car with people who are smoking one time and havent done anything myself. After reading, I was thinking I would do the MacCujo method the night before and the morning of the test. Would that be enough or should I do it more times throughout the weekend? I dont really want to ruin my hair. Also, should I buy the Zydot shampoo and use that too? Would I use that before or after the MacCujo method on the morning of the test?

By the way, I have shoulder length hair if that makes a difference. Most posts I read are about guys with really short hair using this treatment. What are the implications on my longer hair?
