Hello, I am new to this forum and thought I would post this to see if anyone else has encountered this situation.

I took a hair test on May 30th. In the first week of April, I smoked marijuana a three or four times taking a few hits each time. Will I test positive? It has been two weeks since I tested and the human resources person says that my test have not come back yet.

Anyone had a situation like this and passed?

Maybe the human resource is just playing games to see if you will ask again? Asking in my opion makes you appear like your not sure if you will pass> I take my test with a smile and would never ask if I passed or not from what I understand you would find out before human resource if you failed if you pass they will just tell human resources

Thanks for the comment. I didn't ask if my test came back. I asked the status of my start date. I am thinking 2 weeks is a long time to take for the test to come back. Then again, it depends on what lab is doing your test and how long it takes to get back to the employer.

I am kind of freaking out. I would like to know before they do whether I test positive or not. Is that how it usually works?

It is possible your sample got lost. 2 weeks should be more than enough time to get your results back.
