hey i'm new to the site and need as much help as possible
i'm a male 6'3" 180 lbs.

i have a saliva test on thursday for a job i just applied for and its a swab test. I haven't smoked for like 4 days already and just started drinking a lot of water today, but before those 4 days i usually would smoke 4-5 times a week on and off(less than a gram). anyt ips on what i should do to pass or any more information u guys need? thanks so much.

You should pass. Read Grillmeats sticky at the top of this forum and you will see many replies on the subject. Water will not help you with a swab test.
