|  Grillmeats. I 'am about 6'0ft tall 195lbs (pretty solid) I work out alot and don't have to much fat on my body. Iwas a heavy smoker for about 10 years. I just stoped smoking 9 days ago. I got a slaiva test next week. I know I should be Ok and I've been reading this forum constantly. But when I tell people that It only takes 72 hours to test clean they insist i'am full of u know what. please put my mind at ease.  |

| Need help I just found out that i have to take a saliva test...I smoked yesterday... the last time before that was a month ago...the manager told me to come back in two weeks...i was thinking about going on monday... what do you think... Female 19 120lbs |

| having second thoughts... smoked two blunts on monday, haven't smoked since then and went to my interview today to take a mouth swab test ( today is friday ). i'd say it's been 72 - 76ish hours. i've been brushing my teeth 2x a day since monday, even let toothpaste sit inbetween my gums and cheek overnight.. woke up this morning and popped about 3 altoids in my mouth while in the car. right before swabing my mouth i put a altoid between my gums and cheek. think my test will be clear? after reading all the out comes of others i thought i would pass easily, but of course test day comes and i'm super nervous, having second thoughts about if 72 hours is long enough since everyone keeps bitching about how thc stays in you for so long and what not. but i guess we'll see what comes up... thanks gm!  |
