| Hey all, I am in desperate need to pass a hair follicle test within a week (I believe) I am a moderate smoker, which means 1-3 times a week for the last 7 months, before which I quit for 2 months, before which I smoked daily for 2 years. I have long dark brown curly hair that I refuse to sacrifice for the sake of employment. Perming isn't an option because I am somewhat vain and don't want to destroy hair that I love. I am very active and athletic, with a fast metabolisim. Does that matter at all? I refuse to cut my hair, so that sucks in my favor as well. What are my options? Maybe I will slide under the tolerance levels? Is that even possible? Any constructive advice is greatly appreciated. I also have a mother that has cancer who I take care of. Is it possible to use the reasoning that I am exposed to second hand smoke through her legal use? Especially with my minimal amounts of dosages? If I do test positive is it possible that they can share my results with other future employers? The company I am being tested by has six other associate dealers in the area (they are automobile repair shops) that I am interviewing with as well. Is it legal for them to share that information? Thanks so much for considering my dilemma. Lee | |
