Starting 90 days from now, I will be hair tested every 90 days for the next year or so. I have the specifics of the test and had a few questions.
I will be tested with the PDT-90 Personal Drug Testing Service. It screens for marijuana, cocaine, opiates, methamphetamines, and PCP. I'm hoping someone is familiar with this company and their testing.
It says the hair is tested for evidence of drug use which occured during the approximately previous 90 days. First, how approximate is this? Is there a chance they will be able to detect drug use in more than 90 days?
Next, I'm aware this is a marijuana site, but as for as the methamphetamines go, can they distinguish one from another? For example, can ecstasy be confused with Adderol or Concerta or some other ADD med?
And finally, is there any hope of passing this test? Will keeping my hair short shorten the detection time?

Please, please help.

i heard that this one brand of dandruff shampoo is supposed clean out your hair nicely enough to pass a test. i cant remember what brand it was though...
anyone know if this actually works and especially, what brand?

my test date is nearing. there's got to be someone out there who knows something about how to pass this. what if i bleach my hair? multiple times? will this work? anyone know anything about any sort of shampoo that actually works? i'm desperate. please, help out a fellow stoner in need. please!

now this is what i have heard from a good friend, and i normally don't pass along hearsay, but for something as serious as this, i am gonna let it out anyway. i was told that a fellow probation and parole victim like myself had to submit to a hair follicle test, and they were dirty, but they beat it. they swear that they bought (not the nexxus aloe rid clarifying shampoo, but the lice-removing shampoo, i double and triple-checked with him) R.I.D.
SHAMPOO, the same stuff ya use for removing lice, yes. apply normal everday shampoo and clean hair of dirt and grease, then rinse out with water, now apply the R.I.D. SHAMPOO, and leave in for thirty minutes, rinse out, and go test. he did warn me that when i try it for my test, that the instructions state that you are only supposed to leave it in for ten minutes, but since we don't have lice, and aren't using it for that purpose, we are to leave it in for a total of thirty minutes, and it really starts to burn and sting by then. i am gonna try this when they pop me for my hair follicle test, and of course i will hop on here with the outcome. i hope this helps out someone like myself who cannot afford to spend gobs of money on expensive cleansers, and is beside themselves as to what they are gonna do to pass their hair test. i wish my test was for a job, for then i would not have to fear losing my freedom if the results were positive, but this is reality for me. sucks to be me, but it gets greater later!
