hairconfirm

I need to take an employee given test here in about 3 weeks. Last smoke was 28 days ago. 10 days after last smoke I sent in for my own hair test with HairConfirm and results came back all negative. I have light fine hair, (6'4" 250) and sent them about 3in of hair. Light smoker 1-2 times a week (2-3 hits) and active when doing it.

So my question is: Do I trust the test I paid for and move forward, or continue freaking and go ahead with the methods posted on this site?

I'm not nearly as knowledgeable as some of the other members here on testing, but I always go with the "prepare for the worst, hope for the best" motto in these situations. Though you may be fine to pass the next test, you'll beat yourself up if you do fail knowing you had plenty of time to prepare.

It looks like you are fine. But, with your smoking history I would be suspect.

Your best bet would be to get sampled by a local facility. You should a result back within 3 or 4 days.

You will still have time to take radical measures if need be.

I went to a local lab and paid the 125 for a test. Came back today and negative. Guess the Hairconfirm was accurate.
Only thing I have used is the Aloe Rid daily, and when I got my last hair cut the barber cleaned my hair with baking soda.
Looks like im ok, going forward with the job. We will see in a week or so if I passed in chapter 3. I will update.
