I have to take a hair test. I haven't smoked in about 3-4 weeks. GOOD stuff though..... I am a casual smoker, usually 1-2 times per month. What do you think my chances are? Does all that shit you put in your hair fry it or what? I'm 5'8, 130 lbs, long dark hair. HELP! I can't screw this up!

How many time have you smoked in the last 90 days?

Do some research in the results thread, then come back with some questions when you have a plan of attack.

In the past 90 days I've smoked about 6 times. The last time was about 5-6 weeks ago. I guess my question is since I'm not a heavy smoker, do you think the zydot alone will work for me? Would I need more than one treatment? Should I try baking soda paste, followed by zydot? I'd like to avoid the bleaching process, but I also really really want this job. What do you think? How sensitive are these tests? I'm super stressed about this

I think a few Mac treatments, followed by Zydot the day of the test will be fine for you...

Thanks for the advice...... Somebody told me that they can detect if you use hair products..... is this true? I bought some zydot, aloe rid treatment, and paul mitchell 3. I think I'll use the shampoos daily, then the mac folloewd by the zydot on the day of the test. I was also wondering why the zydot says you should use it only on the day of the test..... I mean, if it removes the metabolites, should it matter when you use it?

Do you have Aloe Rid shampoo or Aloe Rid Treatment?

your hair continues growing. So if you only use the zydot days before the test, you hair will grow with more toxins in it...

Even if I haven't smoked for weeks?

I got the treatment. Should I get the shampoo too? Everyone I've talked to seems to think that none of this stuff works..... they say the tests are too sensitive these days. I guess it doesn't hurt to try it.

I'm getting irritated now..... a little bud never hurt anyone! But booze causes all sorts of problems..... not trying to get political but its f-ing stupid. I'd trust someone who smoked chronic before an alky any day.
(I bartend.... ) It's B-shit. Yet all the alky's get hired no prob. Those of us that smoke get bent over these days.

I feel the same way. Unfortunately, you have to take care of your job first. I am currently in the same boat. There are co-workers that come to my office after a few drinks at lunch and nobody tests them. It is frustrating and sometimes I think that the only way things will change is if the Mary Jane flag is flown by sober individuals. Stoners have a very bad rap for whatever reason, I will never get it. Good luck to you.
