if the cuticle is closed after the redye, how does zydot help on the day of? wouldn't color safe shampoos with prop gycol have the same results?

Your plan is fine, but you really need to take what you are reading from the shampoo companies with a grain of salt.

Don't worry about exercise, sweat does not effect the hair tests.

The dye step does not close the cuticle. Use TW or Zydot without fear after bleaching and dying.

Hey Beck, everything will be fine. I just did the Bleach/Redye method and then did the TW and Zydot the next day. It will be fine. The hair takers don't know what your original hair color was, so don't worry. And its not illegal to have a bad hair dye. So just take a breath and kick some butt.

My results should be back this week. The word around the co-workers is that the Medical place that took our hair sample will call you if you have negative results. Ever heard of this? One of my co-workers asked them and that is what they apparently said but I dunno. Also, can I call them? The tests should have been sent, by my best estimate, last Monday to Psyco.
