I need some input, am feeling a little nervous.

I took my hair test today (quest)
I have not smoked for approximately 70-80 days(1 hit)
then maybe once every 2 months prior to that (1 or 2 hits) very light
I used zydot the day of my test but after reading quest diagnostic website it looks like they will wash the hair and will be able to detect any use in the last 90-days

I am nervous, do you think I'll be ok?
5-7 160lbs they took hair from 3 places on my head (hair is about 20" long)
