Very informative forum! Backstory: I have been smoking for years, daily. In September I slowed down to once or twice a week. I last smoked on Sunday (10/28) probably 5-8 hits during the course of the day and got a call for a potential job that is basically mine if I pass a hair test. I don't have to take the test for 3-4 weeks.

Stats:
29 yrs
205 lbs
Light red hair - 2 inches
I workout twice daily - don't know if that helps.

I have no problem doing whatever to my hair, shaving, dying.. etc. I've never had to take any test so I'm kinda clueless in this department. Any advice is greatly appreciated!!!

Some questions...

Based upon what I've been reading if I buzz my hair should I wait the 4-5 days it takes for the toxins to enter the folicle?

Am I at the stage where I should do the bleach/dye method versus the MAC method?

Zydot is to be used the day of your test... do companies test for that?

I've been on other sites that offer products that state it will keep your hair clean for 4-6 hours. Are these effective?

I'm trying to formulate a plan I just don't know which method to use based on my information.

You need the full deal. Two bleach and redyes, Zydot the day of the test. There is no Zydot detection.
