Default best approach for upcoming hair test

I have been caught a little off guard. Thought I would be working at this job for a while but now must move to the parent company and in doing so, must pass a hair folicle drug test.

How many times have you smoked in the last 90 days before your test.
One time. Three long-held tokes of some excellent green bud exactly 38 days ago. My test could be as soon as next week or held off until the first week of December. I am a little befuddled by all the different recommendations I have read on this forum. Plus most seem geared towards the very heavy tokers.

How concerned should I be about having them sample body hair?
Of three guys that went before me, two have hair at least 2 or 3 inches long and that is what was sampled. The third keeps his hair military tight - they took from his arm pits. What is the norm for most sampling agencies when deciding where to take the sample?

Thanks. Can't wait to finish the rest of that bud after I switch jobs!!

With a one time session in the past 90 days you should pass.

That is great to know. But you don't believe I even need to do any precautionary cleansing of the hair?

Thanks again.

Nope, it usually takes 3 sessions to put someone above the cut-off. You are fine.

Default Not to beat a dead horse

Vern - thanks for the input. I feel much better about this and can't wait to have the test and then finish off the rest of that bud.............however, in reading over treatment technics like the MacCuj0 method which appear to be an actual detox versus masking any smoke residuals one thing puzzles me. Does it matter whether the MacCuj0 method is done the day of the test or days before? Thanks........and I will drop this thread.....I swear!!

No one knows why the Mac treatment works.

Vern is correct, you have nothing to worry about.

If it will make you feel better, use Zydot shampoo the day of the test.
