after 2 weeks of macujo and omni wash they decided not to let me give head hair but instead underarm or chest hair. I said no because it is too weird and refered matter to attorney.

I don't know who's testing you, but most places will take a refusal to submit a sample as a fail. "Too weird" is not a valid reason to refuse.

no not divorce it was a job the hospital doing the test said we do this sometimes because people might go get a haircut than they said I can do chest hair than o let me see your underarms I almost punched her than they wouldnt let me see their protocols but I am the patient at a hospital soo my attorney will have the last laugh and the employer had no right making me do such a thing when my piss was dilute not positive and wouldnt have been positive anyway.

On what basis do you plan to sue? They didn't "make" you do anything. You were asked to take a drug test and you refused. How were you harmed?

Casinos give hair tests as well. I don't have enough hair on my head (they said it has to be a few inches long at least). So they said I had to use either underarm hair or groin hair, nothing about chest hair for them.
So either you choose to give hair from some other area or you don't get the job.

Personally I detest drug tests to get a job. Unless they have reasonable suspicion that someone is on drugs a test on that person should be an invasion of privacy and illegal. What I do in the privacy of my own home after work is no ones business if it doesn't affect the job I do while I'm at work you know?

We live in the world we live in. Hair tests are a reality, and so are ways to beat them.

The hard fight is going to take a while, the least we can do is spread some knowlege...
