I am getting ready to be getting job and internship positions.

Lets say you smoked for 2 weeks maybe once every 3-4 days and had good 6-8 hits each time as well 2 gravity thingies...

LOTS of body hair, keeping head hair real short (1/5 inch), brown color, hair is tightly packed (thick) white person, ahir grows pretty quick


1. How long before passing a hair test and do those hair methods work good with that hair?

2. Also, would you need haircuts and body shaves? Does it make a difference?

I heard body hair sustains it for like a year!

3. Does exercise, good diet, and lots of water help with hair tests?

With only 1/5 of an inch of hair they are going to take body hair. They need about 2 inches for a hair sample. I have read that they can detect stuff in body hair up to one year. If you have time to grow your hair out do it. If you dont, you are going to have a difficult time treating your body hair (they normally take from chest armpits or sometimes pubes)

Exercise does nothing to help a hair test as it is not stored in fat, it is stored in your hair.

So what happens if I shave all my hair? LOL...

I can use some method, but I want to know how long to wait before I can start applying and what are the things I can do to speed up the process?
