(Sorry typo, the test is next month in December) I am 19 years old, 160 pounds. October 20th i split a joint with friend (not very good weed). Before that I smoked maybe once a week (rarely twice) with many long breaks, usually not very good weed. I have not smoked since October 20th. I have a drug test coming up for a co-op. I am planning to start using the mac method, but i was wondering if i should be too worried.

How many times have you smoked in the last 90 days?

Maybe 8 times.

You should be concerned enough to consider bleaching and re-dying. don't smoke again until well after your test.

The general cutoff for worry or concern is 3 times within 90 days. Any less than that, you would probably be safe with no treatment. Anything more, and you should treat your hair with at least something.

Do you think maybe the mac method will be enough in this case or is bleaching a redying neccessary? Ive never bleached or redyied and i dont want to completely screw up my hair.
