hi everyone..
im planing to use this McCujo method.. but I got some short questions..
after I finish all the process, then I can wash my hair with my shampoo and conditioner, right? Or it will ruin the method? And I can use the method as many times as I want, but in different days, is that ok? And do I have to use it that same morning of the test? :S

you can use anykind of shampoo after the method. it recommends moisturizing shampoo just because the clean and clear will leave your scalp dried out.

you only have to worry about the 8hour window if you smoked at most 2weeks prior to your test. if you havent smoked for over two weeks, the thc should be out after the first time you do it.

Do you mean that you only have 8 hours after doing the MAC method to take the test?
