so i read on here to massage into your scalp. i pretty much soaked my head and scalp in vinegar and the clean n clear. because neither of these are thick im finding it hard to to "massage" it in. should i just rub my scalp and let the chemicals that stayed up there (and didn't go off into the tub) get pushed into the scalp? any advice asap will help. thanks all!!!

i actually poured the individual contents in a bowl and literally dipped my head into it while i was leaning over the bathtub. i made sure to scrubed out the bowl after switching from the vinegar to the clean and clear just incase there was any thc residue in the vinegar. i did a lot of hair twisting also.

another thing i noticed was people leaving the stuff in for 20min to an hour. i followed the procedure exactly which also may help.

i was actually going to try that tonight. what is the recommended time as everything i've read said to wait 20-30 minutes

macujo, the original poster of the macujo method recommends 10 min w/ vinegar and 5 minutes w/ clean and clear

just found it :P thanks though!!! i am going to be doing the method up until the day of the test to see if i can remove any excess toxins and i'll be using a double dose of zydot after the maccujo method. with any luck i'll be clean as a whistle!
