I'm not sure what type to get, any help?

I've been clean 7 days, I'm doing the vinger,clean and clear, and tide method.

or is the bleach/dye method better? I REALLY need to pass this.

Bleach and dye is harsher on your hair, but has better results.

Male, white, dark brown/black, not thin but not really thick hair. Up until a week ago, I smoked everyday the last 90 days. A few bowls before bed time when I get home. What do you suggest?

I did the Mac method once lastnight, and twice today.

Get on the bleach and dye tonight, the Mac Method will probably not do it for you with your history.

Where can I buy the PM3 shampoo locally? I'm leaning towards the Mac method, I can't do the bleach/dye.. I have to work tomorrow and I can't go in looking different. If I can't get the PM3 stuff locally, I'll just have to do the Mac method only.. and use whatever shampoo I have around the house.

Get a shampoo with propylene glycol. Use a relaxer. you need more than the Mac.

Check out my thread from Jan re your comment: "I can't go into work looking different". Jerry G's methods have a track record of working and a bleach and redye won't tear up your scalp like multiple/continuous MacCuJo treatments do. No one, not even my close friends, noticed my hair color after the redye(s). I told them what I'd done and only then did they pick out very subtle differences. Good luck.
