I have a hair test cummin up, dont know when I am 5'9" white male 170lbs whith light brn fine hair. My question is will the vinigar method work and what exact kind of clean & clear to purchase. Also I took a hair test already(in Dec.) and passed but was clean for 6 months prior, since I have only slightly puffed, twice, in the past month and a half the last time being over a month ago. What are my options? The vinegar sounds best, any thoughts

Ok I have done tha Mac twice and have used bakin soda twice is there anything else that is recomended? I have to pass or I will be in DEEP *@#*
Should I keep up with routine or am I safe? Thanks for the help

The Mac method should be effective, based on what little you've consumed over the past 90 days and the profile of your hair. Me though, I'm paranoid by nature, so I would still pick up some Zydot for the day of testing if you have a spare $50.

How much time do you have to prepare?

Thanks mastese, I dont think there is zydot in our area just swimmer shampoo that they say works but after reading all these threads I am scepticale. Does anyone know about Nioxin I use that stuff daily and one of
the ingredents is PG? Also is it Ok to do the mac the day of test? I also read that if the protein matrix
of the hair is damaged they can tell through the wash ratios and/or the staining process.
I also am not confident now due to that posting today about the person who failed using the mac.
AM I just being paranoid or what?

I also picked up some omni cleansing shampoo--any good?
ONe more--is tide with downy OK with the mac.
I need answers or reassurance cause i am freekin!!!!

Omni and TW are basicly the same. Omni is more expensive.
