I have posted already (need some answers is the name.) Looks like someone else kinda hijacked me though. I have approx 1 month clean, and about a month to month in a half before my hair test. The company doesn't even know that I know about the test. I have shaved my head, which I have been doing for a long time. I also recently shaved my body hair off. I am using the T-Gel shampoo now on what little hair I have, and my hair is salt and peppered as I am middle aged. What else should I do to assure myself a good test. Also I was told in another post that after 10 to 14 days that new hair growth was clean, but in another post I read about the 3 sessions in 90 days. Before my month of cleanliness I was an everyday smoker of quality. So post something here for me. I have been all over the forums and get answers, but then get confused on other post. Any help would be great.

If they take your sample you should be fine...

Sorry Jerry this is for the most part the best website I have found on the matter, and have refered it to many people. I really THANK YOU and others that have posted info, and PLEASE forgive me for sounding rude. I really dont want my fellow bretheran to think a lng time head could ever be rude.
BY the way they took someone elses sample with short hair due to the fact its unannounced, and there are no instructions before you go.
