| Hello. After browsing the forum, I have came up with a plan of action for my hair test next Wednesday. I would greatly appreciate any comments, suggestions, modifications from fellow green lovers. AGE: 36 WEIGHT: 190 (more muscle then fat) Smoking info: ============= Clean for 4 months then: Dec 31 - 1/2 bowl. Jan 10ish - 1/2 bowl. Jan 25ish - 1- 1 1/2 bowl. I understand this is 2-3 sessions in 90 days, and i could slip with no treatment but i'd rather be safe then sorry. Hair info: ========== Head Hair: 1/2. Dark blond. Thick. Leg Hair: 1/2: Darker blond, thicker, denser. Various lenghts along the leg. Arm hair: 1-1 1/2: Thin, Light blond. By far the longest hair on my body. Armpit hair: 3/4-1. Very thing, light colored. Not much of it. The goal: ========= Work on arm treatment since this is the longest hair on my body. THE PLAN: ========= Thursday: - Buy PM3, Neutrogena T-gel, any conditionar with propylene glycol, baking soda. (As I live in Western Europe and am unable to obtain Zydot over the online stores, while ebay is usually to slow.) - Trim legs to 1/4. Want to be sure the hair will not come form here. Thursday, Saturday, Monday: - baking soda paste + pm3 + tgel. rinse. Morning and Night. Friday, Sunday, Tuesday: - mac but instead of vinegar i will use baking soda paste. After scrubbing with tide, i will rinse and pm3 or tgel scrub some more. Would this be a good enough safety precaution? I would be very thankful for any comments. Thank you, Fellow Greenthumb. |
