but it would be nice if anyone felt inclined to give me any advice.

I'm taking a piss/hair test on tuesday for a really awesome job.
I've been clean for a week now, which is pretty odd for me since I didn't even find out about the test till a day ago. daily smoker for 2 years though.
I bleached my hair yesterday, Mac'd today and have been using AloeRid for a couple days. I have this other shampoo that I've been using for months and the active ingredient is Sodium Laureth Sulfate, so I'm hoping that'll help me out a little bit too. I'm going to be doing lots of swimming in highly chlorinated pools and going to tanning beds up until my test date, and also have a bottle of Zydot (that I paid way too much for) coming to me tomorrow to use the day of the test.

I'm not really asking if you think I'll pass or not cuz it really doesn't matter if you think I will or not. Just let me know if you have any other suggestions for me up until test day, maybe one that doesn't involve killing my hair lol (let's hope I have some left for testing)

To everyone else who's dealing with the same shit, good luck! I think drug testing is bogus. The tests can be fooled by almost anyone, so I guess it makes sense. If you do drugs and are smart enough to figure out how to cheat, you're probably smart enough to do whatever job you're being tested for.

Bleach and redye again.

Find a shampoo with as high propylene glycol content as you can get.

I know you're somewhat of an expert on this so I won't argue, but don't I run the risk of seriously dissolving a lot of hair if I bleach it again?
Oh and I have blonde hair to begin with so I'm sticking with bleach for my whole head and no dye. I might use dye for some low-lights just to make sure I don't raise too much suspicion with unnatural color. Does the dye affect levels or is that just a precaution to keep your head looking the same as before?
and will do on the shampoo, I'm assuming I use that in conjunction with AloeRid? any brand recommendations.

The more you do, the better your chances. You did not say, but I am assuming you are a heavy user.

Aloe Rid Shampoo does nothing, I repeat, nothing. Go to a beauty supply store and find something for swimmers that has a high propylene glycol content.

should I be getting my hair wet before I put the vinegar in it?

The Mac method did nothing for me, but as I understand it, you should use a spray bottle with vinegar to saturate your hair.

To me, this would mean no water dilution.

so what did work for you besides bleaching and using propolyne glycol shampoo? not like it really matters now, I'm testing tomorrow morning, but I am bleaching a second time tonight

I used a baking soda paste to open the cuticle prior to the final shampoo the day of the test.

awesome thank you for the tip. I definitely will before I go in tomorrow. and I found out I've been using shampoo with propelyne glycol in it (4th ingredient listed) for months now so I'm hoping that helps me out a little bit.
