I am a white female approx. 185 lbs. with 5 inches of brown/red semi-thin hair. I have approximately 52 days of clean time - not sure of exact day I quit but I added a couple of days to the closest day I could remember... A couple of weeks before I quit I only smoked once a day (3 or 4 hits) Before that I smoked heavily probably 3 times a day (3 or 4 one hits) pretty much everyday for the last 3 years.

I quit smoking because I am job hunting and wanted to make sure I could get a job if I found one.... Anyhow I have a possible hair test coming up in a week or so... Maybe if I make it to the next round of interviews.

I just got my hair cut (whacked approx. 4 inches) last week and had highlights put in. I would prefer not to have to bleach redye.

How successfull do you think I would be with the mac method and doing either Zydot or Toxin Wash day of the test? I am suppose to find out today or tomorrow if I'm through to the next round of interviews which will include a trip to Chicago to meet with corporate... I have no idea when they will do the drug test - during the interview... a few days after... So the plan is when I find out if I am going to Chicago to do the mac method as many times as I can handle at least once a day and again on day of test with either Toxin Wash or Zydot on day of as well (including the baking soda before the tw or zydot).

Any alterations you would make to that plan - What kind of chances do you think I have?

Why wait? What if you don't get this job and another one pops up this Friday where they want you to obtain a hair test. What if you find out with only one or two days that you need to be in Chicago?

Start now. You will be ahead of the game. Besides, it gives you additional time to do more treatments and have your scalp recover before the actual interview/test.
