**Hair test, short notice

My recruiter just told me I passed the background BUT 'Waiting on drug- It is taking longer than normal so I am a little worried.'

Im a heavy smoker, but went through extreme measures before the test including relaxer, muccajo, dye, folliclean, zydot...all rinsed with a swimmers shampoo high in PG

I did get all my wisdom teef out 2 months ago...but I have scripts for any other medication so that can be legally explained...so just pain relievers and weed that I hopefully passed for...cause if I failed for weed wouldnt that tell me automactically????

Any input from previous experiences or knewledge is appreciated

Last Monday

I called Psychemedics and they told me my freakin consent form was seperated from my sample so the Medical Review Officer couldn't contact me or my employer to release results or speak to me about any 'explainable' drugs.

And I dug in the brain of the operator, this is there process...

Hair taken from you by collector
Hair sent to lab where it is tested, no yes or no decision made here
Results from hair test are sent to a Medical Reveiw Officer, who then contacts your employers with results (Negative or positive) or contacts you with questions about legal drugs that MAY have been consumed illegally so you can fax prescriptions or doctors notes.


Soooo she told me to call back later...so hopefully I will know today for sure...I dont know how to feel about it at this point...
