My question:

I have read several different responses to this so i would like something direct to my situation.

Female-hair above the shoulder-been smoking on and off for a few years-atleast one J a day sometimes more-but there have been periods with no smoke for a month or longer....found out about my hair test the first of the month- so ive been 16 days clean- have been washing my hair in dish washing liquid for one week to help strip the hair-(was suggested by an agent when considering afterburner product) found this site monday and have used the mac method 3 times- i know he says the day of the test but i would rather be too safe then not safe enough- i also bought a hair straightener because the ingredients seemed to be the same of a perm-(ammonuim thioglycolate)
I am not sure when would be the best time to use the toxin wash while applying the straightner? I think it should be after the straightener lotion and before the neutralizer? Also should i rinse the lotion before applying the toxin wash or just put TW in with the lotion?

Also should i pre treat with baking soda before applying the straightener lotion?

My final interview is friday...i should still have atleast a week before my test...i bought two bottles of the TW...so im going to wait until the first of next week before using and save enough to do two washes the morning of the test?

Also should i still order a product such as ZYDOT to be used with the TW for test day??

Any advice would be really appreciated!!

I have decided to bleach / red dye...i only have time for one time though...test is on wednesday....is one time enough?? i dont think my hair can handle twice this soon...someone please give me their advice...
